In this way, we helped Dirk Kreuter increase customer lifetime value by 11.45% (1,181.88 EUR) in 2023 compared to 2022 (1,060.47 EUR).
Due to the increased satisfaction of existing customers, we were able to increase the average customer value by lifetime.
Thanks to the continuous optimization of touchpoints such as the funnel, email marketing and customer support, we were able to increase the shopping cart value by 10.57%.

We achieved outstanding results in 2023 with a comprehensive range of 21 webinars, including 13 Master of Sales live webinars, 7 Skalierungs Consulting live webinars and a Bestseller-Training live webinar:
We completely handled the marketing of the Marketingoffensive 2023. This included managing the advertising budget, running ticket sales campaigns, acquiring exhibitors and advertisers and creating social media content.
In addition, we rebranded the external appearance, deciding against the old black/red color combination and instead opting for a combination of several colors with color gradients.
As part of our ongoing digital marketing strategy, we have also focused on growing Dirk Kreuter's email list and gaining more contacts. This has enabled us to increase the number of initial sales and webinar registrations, as well as generate more upsells.

For the three Jetstream trailers, we developed creative concepts, wrote compelling scripts, designed effective storyboards and professionally edited the films.

We also launched a 10-day promotion in which the book was temporarily available for the price of 1 EUR. Over 500 copies were sold during this period.
As the application of artificial intelligence reached more and more people in 2023, we created and successfully launched an AI Masterclass in collaboration with Dirk.
This masterclass was sold over 700 times in two launch campaigns. This generated gross sales of 87,429.76 EUR. The advertising costs for the two launches amounted to just 2,692 EUR.
We created a total of three reports for Dirk Kreuter. These generated 4,600 leads and were advertised with an ad budget of 155,099.13 EUR, which corresponds to a CPL of 34.47 EUR.
