Results achieved

We developed and implemented effective and targeted marketing approaches. With our support, Dirk Kreuter achieved an annual gross turnover of 19,219,497.00 EUR in 2023.

The chart shows the total annual turnover for 2023 of 12,879,281.50 EUR. In addition, we have won several contracts for a total of 6,340,215.50 EUR, which will now be paid in installments.This brings our total order volume to 19,219,497.00 EUR.

CLV increase of 11.45 %

Thanks to close cooperation with our existing customers, we were able to identify their needs even better and develop and offer customized products. 

In this way, we helped Dirk Kreuter increase customer lifetime value by 11.45% (1,181.88 EUR) in 2023 compared to 2022 (1,060.47 EUR).

Due to the increased satisfaction of existing customers, we were able to increase the average customer value by lifetime.

Thanks to the continuous optimization of touchpoints such as the funnel, email marketing and customer support, we were able to increase the shopping cart value by 10.57%.

Paid Ads  

Our team has designed comprehensive advertising approaches that utilize different channels and formats to target potential customers on platforms such as Meta, Google and YouTube. Here are the results:

  • On Google Search and YouTube campaigns, we achieved 8.24 million views, 142 million impressions, 14,264 conversions and invested 781,142.00 EUR in ad spend in the process
  • Our collaboration helped exceed 125,000 subscribers on YouTube

Our team developed a comprehensive advertising tactic that included different channels, formats and defined touchpoints. In particular, we targeted potential customers via Meta Ads and achieved the following results:

  • 202,767,479 impressions
  • 18,086,009 people reached
  • 3,975,601.50 EUR advertising spend on Meta only
  • 4,933,804.59 EUR total advertising spend (incl. Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok)

  • We planned and held 21 successful webinars on topics that were of interest to the target group. This generated a total of 59,262 registrations

Marketingoffensive 2023

We completely handled the marketing of the Marketingoffensive 2023. This included managing the advertising budget, running ticket sales campaigns, acquiring exhibitors and advertisers and creating social media content

In addition, we rebranded the external appearance, deciding against the old black/red color combination and instead opting for a combination of several colors with color gradients.

E-Mail Marketing

As part of our ongoing digital marketing strategy, we have also focused on growing Dirk Kreuter's email list and gaining more contacts. This has enabled us to increase the number of initial sales and webinar registrations, as well as generate more upsells.

Jetstream Trailer 

  • We designed, produced and published a new 3-part video campaign for the Jetstream Membership. This offers entrepreneurs a unique space to network, grow strategically and benefit from exclusive knowledge.

Video concept: 

The images show Dirk Kreuter in various scenarios in Italy. They are intended to illustrate that his network is a place where entrepreneurs come together to learn from him and other successful personalities and to inspire each other.

For the three Jetstream trailers, we developed creative concepts, wrote compelling scripts, designed effective storyboards and professionally edited the films.

The result:

"Unfaire Digitale Dominanz" Book 

  • Based on our deep understanding of the target group and their interests, we successfully sold 3,277 copies of the book "Unfaire Digitale Dominanz", which was also written and produced by us.

We also launched a 10-day promotion in which the book was temporarily available for the price of 1 EUR. Over 500 copies were sold during this period.

Künstliche Intelligenz Masterclass (AI Masterclass)

  • In 2023, the AI Masterclass was successfully sold over 1,000 times, through a series of promotions such as launches, upsells and downsells.

As the application of artificial intelligence reached more and more people in 2023, we created and successfully launched an AI Masterclass in collaboration with Dirk. 

This masterclass was sold over 700 times in two launch campaigns. This generated gross sales of 87,429.76 EUR. The advertising costs for the two launches amounted to just 2,692 EUR.

Reports

We created a total of three reports for Dirk Kreuter. These generated 4,600 leads and were advertised with an ad budget of 155,099.13 EUR, which corresponds to a CPL of 34.47 EUR

CRM Report

This report provides the reader with immediately actionable instructions to facilitate business deals, recognize up- and cross-sell potential and successfully follow up.
