Results Achieved

  • We planned and executed impactful marketing strategies and tactics to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. We helped Dirk Kreuter increase gross annual revenue by 88,7% from 2019 to 2020. As a result, yearly gross turnover was increased from 5,3M EUR (2019) to 10M EUR (2020) in just 12 months

We used a variety of marketing channels and tactics to achieve such a breakthrough result:  

- Created and managed high-converting landing pages to present products and offers that aligned with the target audience 

- Engaged customers and drove sales through content marketing (media, products, copy, and webinars creation) 

- Broke sales records and generated highly-qualified leads with pay-per-click advertising (Facebook, Google, Youtube)

- Targeted, retargeted, and reached customers through email marketing

  • We increased total order volume by 7,35% in 2020 (53,754 products sold) compared to 2019 (50,074 products sold). We achieved this by converting new customers, retargeting existing clients, and implementing cross-selling and upselling techniques.

  • We built powerful marketing funnels and ran effective conversion rate optimization campaigns, resulting in a 40,63% uplift in sales in 2020 (17,79% conversion rate) compared to 2019 (12,65% conversion rate).

  • In addition to new customer acquisition, we helped Dirk Kreuter ‍increase customer lifetime value by 60,4% in 2020
    ( 288,96 EUR customer lifetime value) compared to 2019 ( 180,17 EUR customer lifetime value). Some of the tactics we used:

- Improved onboarding process for the most significant positive impact 

- Kept customers engaged by providing highly-targeted personalized value-packed content  

- Offered high-end customer service and omnichannel support 

- Built deep customer relationships throughout the entire customer journey 

- Constantly evaluated pain points and offered relevant solutions

  • We leveraged affiliate marketing and paid advertising to increase the total number of customers by 24,5% in the year 2020 (32,592 customers).
  • We structured and developed successful cross-channel advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google and Youtube to achieve the following:

- 113,500,000 Impressions across all platforms (70% Facebook / 30% Google)

- Increased sponsored views on Youtube from 1.8 million to 3.07 million

- Facebook: 81,833,728 Impressions; 11,992,448 Reach; 1,315,354.29 USD Adspend

  • We modeled and created profitable product launch funnels and conversion campaigns. Here are the results we achieved from one of the product launch campaigns:

  • We created multiple advertising and sales trailers. Here is an example of one of the co-produced videos for the "Vertriebsoffensive" ticket sale campaign. We generated an idea, wrote a script that resonates with our target audience, and made a storyboard.

Video Concept: COVID 19 had a significantly negative impact on many businesses, resulting in many companies being shut down or losing tons of revenue and opportunities. Following the principle of Zeitgeist (current trends or circumstances), we created an advertising trailer where we call out the challenges our target audience was facing at that point. We encouraged them to attend the event “Vertriebsoffensive Digital” to learn how to digitize their sales and stay afloat during pandemic lockdowns.
