Playing the Sales Agent role, I am in a Closing position. My main responsibilities include the implementation, monitoring and analyzing our sales department performance and strategy and suggesting solutions for improvement and optimization. Being directly involved in face-to-face communication with the potential customers I also look after the existing clients, and make sure they have the best upsell elements at their disposal. I also ensure all their questions and concerns related to sales are answered effectively to best serve them.
My core competence is sales. Since joining the team I have been able to experience and improve every single process. I have a deep understanding of what customers need and can generally offer the best solutions available to them.
I’m most proud of my involvement in scaling the Marketing.MBA team to a 7-digit monthly sales since conception.
