I am a DevOps Manager here at Marketing MBA. Some of my main duties are to develop optimization concepts for internal and external processes, and then lead the DevOps team in implementation processes. Another very important part of my duties are creating automation ideas to save time and improve production for the teams, and simultaneously improving the customer journey and UX.
I work simultaneously with many departments, but focus usually lies on sales and sales support. Ensuring the right dataflow, CRM automations, and the onboarding process automations are some of the systems I love optimizing. I never lose sight other departments and their needs, some that might not be directly in contact with the customers, and understand the importance that all systems and software work flawlessly is core to my daily routine. I work with a wide range of software, such as PM platforms, cloud servers, marketing and sales software and many more.
My personal goal is to approach every problem I need to solve with creativity. Although it sounds like I just think in systems, it’s actually a highly creative job, as I have to often think of workarounds that are usually pretty new. The complete process makes me very optimistic, as I never see what we cannot do, but rather focus on what we could do. Of course, never losing the businesses KPI´s in my mind is something that leads my decision making.
I specialize in custom automations, API development and discussing with 3rd party support teams why their software isn’t working properly.
