As a key member of the Sales Support team, I handle the VIP customer service by accompanying customers from the moment they begin the onboarding process. I am their first and primary point of contact and their account manager through the entire coaching process. I ensure clients overcome challenges and I am committed to answering all their questions related to their training.
Among other qualities, I endeavor to look after the well-being of customers with empathy, humor where situations require some loosening up. Along with significant patience. And, I always strive to solve all their challenges or problems through structured work. I am constantly learning about psychology and customer service.
Nevertheless, I have implemented and optimized the operational structure of the companies I have worked with; by creating processes, working with advanced time management, and establishing effective communication methods.
